Our 2016 Central Women Mission Team is arriving tomorrow for their training and leaving bright and early October 19 – will yalaska-teamou pray for this team? After departure the Alaska team is splitting into the Kake Team and the Sitka Team. These teams of five will be leading women’s ministries programs, Vacation Bible School, planning and conducting fall festivals, helping with Christmas assistance sign up, painting projects, helping and fellowshipping at the soup kitchen ministry, teen night ministry, thrift store revamp and more.

They will fly back into Chicago on the morning of October 28. Follow us on Facebook for updates.

Please pray for:

  • Safe and secure travel
  • The teams would be a blessing to their hosts the Kake corps and the Sitka corps
  • Souls would be won for Christ
  • The team to come back renewed and transformed
  • The team would grow in their leadership skills
