Happy International Women’s Day! Today, we celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women as we embrace equity!

International Women’s Day is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 as a focal point in the women’s rights movement, bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women.

This year, the International Women’s Day Campaign is using the theme “Embrace Equity”, encouraging us to have important conversations on Why equal opportunities aren’t enough and Why equal isn’t always fair.
