img_4608What a week, huh? I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the presidential election that took place this week. I know full well Christians are on either side of this election and emotions are high and raw for many. If anything, I pray this political climate and current results do not cause us to point fingers at each other but rather point to Jesus for guidance and direction. I have recently been studying the book of John and I continue to see Jesus live a life that teaches his disciples how to live and gather and form the church. I pray our actions and words would be a reflection of our faith in Christ and our desire, inspired by scripture, to live a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
