INTERNATIONAL APPOINTMNENTS AND PROMOTIONS
On behalf of the Territorial Commander, Commissioner Paul R. Seiler, it is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions decided by the General.
EFFECTIVE 1 MARCH 2017
LIEUT-COLONEL EVELYN POSADAS, an officer of the Philippines Territory currently serving as the Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory is appointed as the Territorial Leader of Women’s Ministries, the Philippines Territory.
EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2017
MAJOR MARIANNE MEYNER, an officer of the Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory, currently serving as Secretary for Programme in the Germany, Lithuania and Poland Territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary Territory. She will take up her new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieutenant-colonel. She succeeds Lieut-Colonel Allan Hofer who, with Lieut-Colonel Fiona Hofer, will return to service in the home territory, USA Southern.
LIEUT-COLONELS ALISTER AND NILANTHI PHILIP, officers of the Sri Lanka Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Business Administration and Territorial Home League Secretary in that territory, are appointed respectively as Officer Commanding and Command President of Women’s Ministries, the Bangladesh Command.
EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2017
COMMISSIONERS LALZAMLOVA AND NEMKHANCHING, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving at International Headquarters as International Secretary and Zonal Secretary for Women’s Ministries, South Asia Zone, are appointed as territorial leaders in the India Eastern Territory. Commissioner Lalzamlova is appointed as Territorial Commander, India Eastern Territory, and Commissioner Nemkhanching as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They succeed Commissioner Lalngaihawmi who is retiring from active service.
COLONELS ALISTAIR AND MARIEKE VENTER, officers of the Southern Africa Territory currently serving as territorial leaders in the Sri Lanka Territory, are appointed to International Headquarters. Colonel Alistair Venter is appointed as International Secretary for South Asia, and Colonel Marieke Venter as Zonal Secretary for Women’s Ministries – South Asia. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner – Colonel Alistair Venter on 5 July 2017 and Colonel Marieke Venter on 6 July 2017.
LIEUT-COLONELS YOUSAF GHULAM AND REBECCA YOUSAF, officers of the Pakistan Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Programme and Sponsorship Secretary in the Sri Lanka Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders in that territory. Lieut-Colonel Yousaf Ghulam is appointed as Territorial Commander, Sri Lanka Territory, and Lieut-Colonel Rebecca Yousaf as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
MAJORS DANIEL RAJ AND RAJAM DANIEL, officers of the India South Eastern Territory, currently serving at International Headquarters as Under Secretaries for the South Asia Zone, are appointed to the India Northern Territory respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieutenant-colonel. They succeed Lieut-Colonels Daniel Raju and Rachel Mathangi who are retiring from active service.
LIEUT-COLONELS EDGAR AND SARA CHAGAS, officers of the Brazil Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the Mexico Territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, South America East Territory. They succeed Lieut-Colonels Ricardo and Mirtha Fernandez who will be taking up appointment responsibilities in their home territory, USA Eastern.
LIEUT-COLONELS DAVID AND MARIA ALARCÓN, officers of the South America West Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the Latin America North Territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Mexico Territory.
MAJORS ESTEBAN AND ILEANA CALVO, officers of the Latin America North Territory currently serving respectively as divisional leaders in the South America East Territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Latin America North Territory. They will take take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieutenant-colonel.
COLONELS BRADFORD AND HEIDI BAILEY, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the USA Southern Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders in the USA Central Territory. Colonel Bradford Bailey is appointed as Territorial Commander, USA Central Territory, and Colonel Heidi Bailey as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner – Colonel Heidi Bailey on 1 July 2017 and Colonel Bradford Bailey on 2 July 2017. They succeed Commissioners Paul and Carol Seiler who will be retiring from active service.
LIEUT-COLONELS RALPH AND SUSAN BUKIEWICZ, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Personnel and Officer Resource and Development Department Secretary in that territory, are appointed respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, USA Southern Territory. They will take take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
COLONELS WILFRED VARUGHESE AND PREMA WILFRED, officers of the India South Western Territory, currently serving as the territorial leaders in the India Northern Territory, are promoted to the rank of commissioner – Colonel Wilfred Varughese on 3 July and Colonel Prema Wilfred on the 4 July 2017.
