flourish 1 The New Year often comes with resolutions, goals and hopes to start anew, get things right and just do life better. Some find it cliche and some find it inspiring. We’re going to choose inspiring and we hope you do too.!
Whether it is rebooting a fitness plan, eating better, committing to be in the Word more, picking up a new hobby or starting a prayer journal – we’ve got a few ideas to help you flourish in 2016.

  1. Purge! Don’t wait until spring cleaning, starting getting rid of excess items, clothes, IMG_0687housewares etc NOW. Start the year with less distractions and clutter. The KonMari Method of does it bring me joy? might be a good place to start! Click HERE.

2 . Schedule. Schedule you time with Jesus. Discipline takes discipline. And discipline builds character and build intimacy with God.  Hebrews 12:11 reminds of of what discipline can do: “Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have

3.Cook at home. Whether you’re a cook that’s gotten busy or a newbie in the kitchen it’s time to put your apron on and bust out the crock pot! Food from the earth is God’s gift to us, enjoy it! Here are a few healthy eating and food websites to get you started: Whole30 , Farmbox Direct (get the good delivered to you!) and if you’re to afraid to go healthy and organic, check out Aldi. Their prices are low and they are continuing to bring in organic produce, using non-synthetic dyes and using natural flavoring with MSG.  faithdwight1
